Wedding dress!

Me August 9,2008.
Michelle- July 18,2009.

I am up at the lake and loving every minute of it! Yesterday we went out on the boat and had a bbq. Today I did a photoshoot here at the lake with my S'Toon neighbor and he adorable kids. I just found this lovely spot that has WIFI and the nicest man on earth runs it!!!!!
Oh and I recieved a facebook message from Michelle. Michelle is a girl from Winnipeg that bought my wedding dress from me last fall. She was married this past weekend and sent me a note saying thanks for the wonderful dress!! Take a look she looks amazing!!!
It is sort of a crazy story. This dress was the first dress I ever saw in a wedding magazine that I actually liked. I did not want some poof princess dress that I could barely move in. I called all over the US and there were not any to be found. I looked on ebay and every 2nd hand bridal site I could find. I wanted to buy a 2nd hand version as the original was a little pricey. I could not find a dress anywhere. Low and behold a brand new wedding dress store opened here and they carried the line. I ended up buying the dress with every intention of selling it as I wanted to recover some of the cost.
I posted the dress an a really random and uncommon bridal forum and Michelle found me there. Michelle saw the dress in a magazine and knew it was for her...just like me. Michelle, her sister and parents drove 10 hours to Saskatoon from Winnipeg for 1 night and ended up getting the dress. It felt like a covert drug operation at the time. We showed up to her hotel room with the "goods" the dress, she went in tried it on and then made me an offer!! In the end we were both really happy!!! I hope to keep in touch with Michelle and see where the dress ends up!!!!
Oh and I had a little bra issue with mine hence holding the flowers up over my girls.......some double sided tape fixed the problem shortly after the pic was taken!!!!!
